Jasmine Gooden Joins the Team as New Electro-Mechanical Field Engineer

Welcome Jasmine Gooden, new Electro-Mechanical Field Engineer for IMI Hydronic Engineering!

Jasmine brings significant experience to her new role from Johnson Controls plc, where she served on the actuators team after having interned at JCI in the Electro-Mechanical Device Solutions testing HVAC actuators. As part of that team, Jasmine gained a deep understanding of the mechanical aspects of actuators and insight into the electrical principles on the inner workings of actuators, along with different ways to use actuators in real-life HVAC applications.

Excited to bring this depth of experience to IMI Hydronic, Jasmine also looks forward to expanding her knowledge in flow design. “I’ve had an amazing time so far learning about what makes up flow design, as well as understanding why a correctly balanced flow system is so critical to system performance,” she noted.

Born and raised in the south suburbs of Chicago, Jasmine holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering, one of the top-10 engineering colleges in the Midwest. She is also a certified green belt in Six Sigma, with credited courses in Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
