Compact Inline Automatic Flow Controller for Commercial Hot Water Applications

Designed specifically for drinking water applications, the ICSS is the first Automatic Flow Control Valve that is certified directly by NSF for its NSF/ANSI 61-G standard, with all wetted parts made from stainless steel. With the Reduction of Lead in Drinking Water Act being into law from Jan 4, 2014, the engineers and contractors, now have a product which meets the requirements and is certified directly by the NSF, meeting their stringent requirements for unannounced factory audits and material certificates. The flow cartridge is easily removable from the compact valve body to provide field access for inspection and cleaning. The ICSS comes factory set to automatically limit flow to within ±5% of the specified amount over 95% of the control range. Tested and approved for commercial hot water applications, the ICSS valve's lead-free construction ensures a peace of mind for the building stakeholder while minimizing health risks and environmental impact. The valve is rated for temperatures up to 180°F (Commercial Hot Water) and for static pressures up to 400 psig. The list of NSF certified products can be found directly from the NSF website.
